Access immediately available candidates

Use our fully funded recruitment service to grow your business

The Work and Health Programme

Through this website, you can access tens of thousands of people who have experienced barriers to work and are immediately available. Once you have shared information about the vacancies you have, we will work with you to understand your business needs and identify excellent candidates.

The jobs you share can be from anything from entry level to managerial and be any meaningful work; from working in care, to a warehouse role, to administration and customer service.

In addition to identifying jobseekers with suitable skills for your roles, we also provide support to prepare them to begin working for you.

This service is completely free and delivered by the Prime Provider Partnership across England and Wales. By working together, we can help you grow your business whilst making a significant difference to people who have experienced challenges finding meaningful work.

How it works

Tell us your recruitment needs

Your local Work and Health Programme provider will spend time understanding your organisation and the roles available. We can then design an effective and inclusive recruitment process bespoke for your recruitment needs.

Screening, interviewing and training

We will identify suitable candidates, with the right skills and interests, from those taking part in the Work and Health Programme. We can do as much of the recruiting process as you like in order to save you time and resources. You can even use our premises for interviews and training.

Select your new employees

By recruiting from the Work and Health Programme, you will gain access to a large pool of job-ready candidates. We can help with arranging start dates, background checks and other formalities required. The process can be tailored to ensure candidates are ready as soon as you need them.

Making work accessible

Support is available to employers recruiting someone with a health condition or disability. This includes information on health conditions, help with making reasonable adjustments, staff guidance and help using the Access to Work scheme. This can include financial support for reasonable adjustments.

Fully funded

The cost of everything we do is covered by government, as part of its support for jobseekers. The average cost of using a recruitment agency is £4,500. We are the same service and more… and it won’t cost you a penny!
